Housewarming new house….and yes it was rather warm….the house I mean. hehe.
Anyways, met the UGS gang finally, managed to get them all together now. So amazingly simple….

Really nice cosy place….and they got it at a good price too. (damn)

Conclusion: Good house, great hosts, great company, and a nice gathering for all involved.
P.S: I must say melissa looks surprisingly photogenic.
